[e-smith-devinfo] contrib rpms

I was following Kirrily's e-smith contrib module howto and noticed that I
didn't see a script like the previous version used (createlinks) for linking
events to actions and panels to functions.  How is it recommended to do
this, manually or use the createlinks from the previous contrib howto (by
Charlie I believe).
