Probably so--the process will be about the same, and I had the time to
write it today, so I wrote it up using the 4.0.5. I'll update it when I
get RPMs for 4.0.6.

No, they don't want that on. It's much easier to reply to an
individual with the current settings, and it's no more difficult to
select "reply to all" when you want the reply to go to the list.
