Hi,

There are a few messages on the General Discussion board about "lost" IMAP mail.

Two separate e-smith boxes, one running 4.1.1, the other 4.1.2 stopped updating
their IMAP boxes at around 1100 BST today. Other people around the globe seem to
be having the same problem, anyone got any ideas what's happening?

I've had a look in /var/log/messages and /var/log/maillog and don't see anything
too unusual, but then I'm not really sure what I should be looking for.

The only "unusual" message appears to me to be a firewall deny as follows:

Sep 10 12:47:43 e-smith kernel: Packet log: denylog DENY eth0 PROTO=1 192.168.1.
19:5 192.168.1.241:1 L=129 S=0xC0 I=7050 F=0x0000 T=255 (#1)
Sep 10 12:47:43 e-smith kernel: Packet log: denylog DENY eth0 PROTO=1 192.168.1.
19:5 192.168.1.241:1 L=88 S=0xC0 I=7051 F=0x0000 T=255 (#1)

These seem to occur after requesting an IMAP refresh from W/S 192.168.1.241

Any suggestions would be greatfully received.

Richard Bruce
