To all,
A tear wells in my eyes as I read all of your responses... I have seen the
terror from such a safe distance being in Australia, but it hurts me to the
bone that the idiots around the world celebrate any sort of death caused by
terrorism. We have workers from my office that where programmed to be
working in the part of the pentagon that was destroyed, lucky for them they
had some delays of equipment otherwise we may have lost them.... Small
world really when you think of it like that...
Hopefully one of these days we will actually live in a world that
embraces peace and understanding. The events of today push that dream
further from sight as every body is counted and every wound is mended.
I am not one for war or hurting another sole... even when I accidentally
injured a bird as a boy I was mortified and repentant.
How can anyone force a plane into a building....? It baffles me the mindset
behind all of this.

All I can hope is that the world joins together to hunt down the
perpetrators of this crime and bring them to the justice they so rightly
deserve.
The world needs to band together and tell the terrorists that we will not
stand for this anymore and we will meet this force with even greater force
until you are no more... The world needs less violence, but I think the
only way to get these fools to stop is to make them scared of doing it.

Anyway that's my humble ramblings....

My heart and my prayers go to all of those who have lost from this and I
will light a candle for your memories.

I was watching CNN this morning when the first reports of a plane crashing
into the north tower of the WTC came in. I was absolutely stunned as I
watch live footage of the second plane slamming into the south tower.

This is an image that is going to haunt me for sometime.

Then as the towers collapsed, all I could think of was the terror the
people
still trapped inside must have felt, and then the brave rescue workers who
were caught at the base of the buildings as they came down on them.

Some are calling this a modern day Pearl harbour... This is truly a day
that
will live in infamy.

To everyone who was touched by this unbelievable act of cowardess, God
Bless you all. My prayers are with you.

Dean
