Funny you should ask... Charlie suggested that I should make a note that
CIDR notation was supported... my response was that I wanted to keep the
document simple, so I didn't.  And one of the first questions is....

So yes, it *is* supported. (And I just added a note to that effect in a 
version that I uploaded now. :-)
