Yes, thanks Charlie.  You are correct, that is true and applies for 
Dyndns.

Just this morning I am working with a client in Puerto Rico that is 
having the problem where their dynamic IP address is changing 
approximately every 2 or 3 days.

My thought was making a weekly check will not be sufficient for them.

I've just dove into learning how this all works so I fully appreciate I 
do not know all the inner workings at this moment.
