Already done, but no web panel toggle - see below.

If you want local profiles, you can do the following (which was added
in e-smith-samba-1.1.0-22):

  /sbin/e-smith/db configuration setprop smb LogonHome ""
  /sbin/e-smith/db configuration setprop smb LogonPath ""
  /sbin/e-smith/expand-template /etc/smb.conf

They both default to '\\\%N\%U\._winprofile', but this sets them to empty,
which forces local profiles.
