Agreed on both points, but adding the option to the web panel has an impact on the documentation and I know our doco folks have lots of higher priority changes that they are working on. For 5.1 we can default RoamingProfiles|no and allow it to be set through the configuration database with one command. We can think about the UI toggle for a later release.
