(Wearing my Horde hat, not my Mitel one:)

Right now, 3.0 is still in release-candidate state; there's a bit of
merge-from-HEAD going on right now, so changes are still being
actively made to the 3.0 branch preparing for release.

If you'd like to test an entirely un-SME-ized IMP 3.0RC2, it's
available from ftp.horde.org; you'll need IMP 3.0RC2, Horde 2.0RC2,
and Turba 1.0RC2 (Turba is the now-separate contact manager
component).

If you'd like to test an entirely un-SME-ized bleeding-edge version,
there are instructions for checking what is now IMP 3.0RC3 and
associated components at

   http://www.horde.org/source/

Note that both of those may require a newer PEAR library, if you're
not using a bleeding-edge PHP. See

   http://www.horde.org/pear/

Cheers,
