Hello
This setup works in your situation for standard mail
Set your e-smith server to be. austethical.com.au in the console.
Set up your user accounts with exactly the same user names and passwords as
your ISP has set.
Organise with your ISP for them to handle [EMAIL PROTECTED]
set your mail server to multidrop.
In the secondary mail server put the IP address of the "real" [ie your host]
austethical.com.au
Use the username and password as supplied by ISP.
In the Hostnames panel set the IP of www to the real IP address of your web
host

Now set up your mail clients incoming and outgoing mail server to be
mail.austethical.com.au
Now your mail appears to come from the correct place. Internal and External
mail work.
As your Domain name is hosted by someone else you having the same domain
makes no difference to the Internet as it will not resolve to you.
