This configuration is OK as long as there are no other hosts within your
real internet-visible domain. If there are, since the SME server becomes
configured as the primary DNS server for the domain, your local network
won't find any of the other hosts unless you manually add their addresses.
If your server is on-line most of the time you can probably let it receive
the mail directly just as reliably as the ISP does and avoid this issue as
well as having to maintain user information in two places.
