If you have some reasonably small number of PC's you can just
enter the names, IP addresses, and ethernet MAC addresses into
the e-smith 'hostnames' form. You can get the MAC address
from 'ipconfig /all' on the windows box and entering it will
build the configuration for the DHCP server to hand out
fixed addresses as well as putting the names in the DNS server.
I think dhcpd requires these IP addresses to be outside the
range configured for dynamic allocation.
