Hello all, I tried a simple experiment setting up SME 5.1beta with a retired desktop. However, in my office we have a Token Ring network. I had previously been testing with a private ethernet at my workstation. Anyway, SME 5.1beta found my IBM PCI Token Ring card fine, but does not initialize it upon reboot. Upon a cursory review of the logs, the network startup scripts are trying to bring up eth0 by default, not tr0. Running ifconfig manually works fine.
I was wondering if this is a bug, or if this is "intended" behavior as the manual clearly states that only ethernet adaptors are supported. Just curious. Thanks in advance.
