On the contrary, even if this instance is not significant
it is a serious development issue that the updates,
enhancements and security fixes available for RedHat
or the standard kernel are difficult or impossible to
apply to an e-smith configuration. The link you reference
blames the problem on RedHat, yet none of my RedHat boxes
currently exhibit it.
