I guess you had dhcp-3 installed. SME 5.1.2 still has dhcp-2 (like redhat, version 3 will probably be included in next redhat release). If you have installed my e-smith-dhcp-3 you need to re-apply dhcp3 and e-smith-dhcp3. I don't know what happened exactly, I will try an upgrade soon.
