Replacing UW-IMAP with Courier affects IMP in exactly the same way
that it affects Outlook, Netscape Mail, and Eudora.

IMP is *only* an MUA ("client"); in our implementation it happens to
be executing on the same machine as the IMAP server and SMTP
server, but it's just another process.
