For some interested, there's also firefly http://firefly.ocare.com , a very good helpdesk, much more powerful. but it needs postgresl. I've been using it on debian. it can act as bug tracking, support, help/knowledge-base, ticket trouble etc. worth seeing it. if some of you think it's valuable, i may package it.
