Taking a look through the .spec file for PHP from 5.1.2 Update1, I
see two patches for rfc1867.c: php-4.0.6-rfc1867.c.diff and
php-4.0.6-rfc1867.c.safer. Were both of these developed at Mitel, or
only one of them? How do they relate to what is available from
php.net?
