If you have ACL lists then you have the ability to share resources
(calendars, contacts, tasks etc) with permissions rather than a free for
all approach. With ACL's there are nine permissions that can be set.

It does work well without ACL's and its quick, but obviously could be
better with a wider range of permissions.
