Anyway, I am trying to follow Darrell's howto for installing the User Manager. I cannot get past step #1 because I cannot find the devinfo-mitel- user-manager-pkg-x.noarch.rpm. I am assuming the file name is the same as what is mentioned in the howto, except for the x which would indicate a version number - right? Where is the packages subdirectory? Do I download the files to my client workstation and then upload them to the server via the updates panel, or do I send them directly to the server, using wget? God, I think I just may hang up computing for the time being...
