Has anyone had any luck setting up an e-smith box with an internal ADSL itex chipset modem?.
I have drivers for the itex chipset for kernel 2.4.2, 2.2.16, 2.2.14. Unfortunately itex will not release the source so were stuck with the binary kernel. the bin's were complied for RH7.1 I tried to set them up but was unable to get them working, I think I got the adapter working and it appeared as a network card after the core drivers were loaded but I could not get pppd to communicate properly. Just seems that it would be a nice solution to have the internal ADSL as the external network adapter and another network card as the internal. On box does it all :).
