Why not simply install our server-manager, Update system panel:

http://myezserver.com/downloads/mitel/contrib/update-system-0.0.1/

Then you simply go into the panel and 'Click here for advanced options'
gives you a sorted rpm list.

In addition if you do this:

/sbin/e-smith/config setprop updatesystem RemoveRpm enabled

You'll enable the 'Click here to remove rpms' option.

Much easier ;->
