The idea is that a simple upgrade will proceed with the minimum number of steps, and minimise the chance that someone will accidentally choose "install" instead of "upgrade". - If you have a previous version which has been shutdown cleanly prior to the upgrade, an upgrade should be auto-detected and you will just have to type "proceed" (in your language - English and French at this stage) - If you have a previous version which was not shutdown cleanly, you should receive a warning and you cannot upgrade directly. Power down, reboot your machine, shut it down cleanly and then start the upgrade again. "Proceed" will not go on to perform an upgrade. ***Please _read_ the screen carefully*** - If you have something which doesn't look like an SME Server or 4.1.2 install, you will be presented with the install/mirror screen without an upgrade option - If you really want to re-install a previous installation (i.e. don't want to upgrade), type "more options" instead of "proceed". You will get the install/mirror menu. - Note: If you have a version prior to 4.1.2, please use the workaround noted in the bug listed above to upgrade. PLEASE upgrade!
