I have already made rpms for SME http://www.geocities.com/lapsch/webcal-e-smith-howto.html Looks like it can do what you want for the calendar "As of version 3.02, you can synch your WebCal data with your Palm Pilot! " "The Palm synch client is now available for Windows" my RPM is version 3.03. I have never tried this, because I don't own a PDA. But if you get it working let me know.
