Greg, You probably want to take that description of the symptoms, and submit it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] along with your client PC's OS, browser flavor and rev, and settings on things like page refreshing/caching, etc.
On that note, you might want to see what happens with a different browser and mess with the refresh settings. With that kind of info, along with how different browsers act, would likely really box in the problem(s) for the bugs team.
