Our records show you have received two followup emails, one dated Thu 
Jul 25 12:54:18 2002, the other Thu Jul 25 13:37:30 2002. The ticket is 
still open, and you will receive further response. Your mail from a few 
hours ago will likely be responded to today.

You do understand, of course, that support for paying customers takes
precedence.

installation CD.
