I am not sure if you are happy with RT but there is another product 
called perldesk, that I have been using for the last few months!
(www.perldesk.com)

I find it to be really slick and easy!

They also have a commercial product called perlbill (www.perlbill.com)

I have a howto from Placido Sanchez if you would like to try it.
