You, Darrell and anyone else is entitled to his or her opinion. You are also welcome to fix any perceived deficiency in the code or in the product. All I ask is that you respect Mitel's right to do what it chooses to do in the interest of its customers and shareholders. Darrell has persistently refused to respect that right despite repeated pleas.
