Pre 5.5 we should have added a startup file to post-upgrade (and
post-install) event to make a service survive an upgrade ?
Right ?

Post 5.5 rc7.d is not cleaned and nothing is to be done.

So, when building a contrib, is better to release two versions (pre and post
5.5) or add the startup logic to post-* events ?
