Undoubtedly this is a problem with the squidguard contrib.  I've never used
the 2 of them, together so I never noticed the problem.  I'll take a look at
what it would take to fix.  

I just noticed that the httpd.conf fragment for squidguard is requiring user
admin.  I'll look at some other contribs to see what needs to be in the
fragment to make it work appropriately.  And, of course, post back here.
