I am working on something on my home network that backs up only certain directories or files of the users wishes to the server which then stores it on a cdr. We run a very simple home network and we don't need a complete machine image just essential files. I have put together some essential requirements and possible solutions thus far. If anyone wants to take a look and see what I have started its located here

I am looking for something that I can run on my SME that generates a static HTML page with a summary of news websites (CNN,CBC, slash etc...) I have looked at RSS, but I kinda like the way yahoo lays it out with a quick summary. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/ but the problem is I only want the middle column, I have toying with the idea of using wget with some scripting... Seasons Greetings to all!!!
