Since my server is a hobby system and I only host our family's mail I
would like to at least see if someone we know is getting rejected. I
had this happen several times when I was using the smtpd_check_rules
under 5.1.2. I just want to be sure we are getting the mail we want and
it is rejecting the mail we do not want.

Right now I just see the door is slammed on an IP address which really
tells me nothing other than the address is in the rbl. Some rbl's are
not maintained properly and it could cause legitimate e-mail from
getting through.
