I'm not too familiar with NIS, but my lazy-admin-tools could probably be
used to do the creating/deleting on the /home/e-smith/accounts end.
Updating is currently not implemented but would require only a few lines
of code. If you think you can make use of the scripts, I'd be happy to
contribute.
