Please post your suggestions on the Wish List bulletin board. You should also keep in mind that ideas are not in short supply. What is in short supply, both inside Mitel and outside, is enough people with time, skill and motivation (including business justification) to do the research, development and testing required to build these features into the base product or into contribs. Don't be frightened to roll up your sleeves and have a go at at least one of the things on your list yourself. All the information you need is probably out there on the web. Be sure to share your experiences.
