OK, after a bit of hunting around and stuff, I found out how to patch qmail:
patch < /path/to/patch/qmailqueue.patch but I am still confused on do I need to remove the headers from the patch, as is it looks just like a normal email, or will patch just ignore it? Also after I patch it, then the main program is patched or just the install? If instll do I need to make and build it again and re-install it? Thanks again for your time!
