A well-tested patch wouldn't hurt - I don't mind breaking the API.
Btw, the DeviceKit-disks D-Bus API is seeing a tons of changes and
breakage. So if you write code to use it, you need to be prepared to
easily change your code to the new interface - and also make sure your
distributors are aware of this (for coordinated updates with other
DeviceKit-disks users such as the gnome-disk-utility project). Sure,
some day the API will be stable but there's a lot of work left before
we're there. Just so you know.
