The D-Bus spec does say something like Interface, signal, method, and property names are "WindowsStyleCaps", note that the first letter is capitalized, unlike Java. but AFAICT it is not enforced anywhere except for the fact that it causes hiccups in at least the Qt code generator. That could probably easily be fixed in Qt. Either way, we probably want to change this anyway in DeviceKit-disks as noted in my reply to Davide.
