Actually, they are a threat to deniability, not anonymity. But anyway, there aren't any good solution to that particular threat except for the very strange behaviour of telling your node never to cache anything you actually request (only cache requests from other nodes). Whether this loss of deniability will matter depends on where you are. If you don't have the actual file on your HD, you might be okay.
