I have a bad feeling I'm about to be volunteered for this job, but one
thing I think freenet should have is a set of regression tests.
Specifically on various aspects of the protocol, but possibly for other
internal components as well. it's nearly useless doing this kind of
thing for 0.3.x, but if we're eventually going to commit to freezing the
protocol at this version (or at least keeping backwards compatibility,
it'll be good to be able to test if we're breaking anything.)
