I've got my node throttled for bandwidth and threads.
But with the constant flood of incoming data (not from my requests), Fred
was sucking all my CPU, and making my Athlon 750 feel like a 486/33. Ahhh,
*those* days!

I hate having to restart my node, but the CPU load was getting impossible to
tolerate.
