If you're doing another mandatory upgrade, please try to inform 
non-transient node runners beforehand so the core nodes get upgraded as 
soon as possible. The last mandatory upgrade more or less wrecked the 
network. Gathering a new set of working seednodes wouldn't hurt either.

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing too. Maybe it's just that freesite 
authors are re-inserting their sites, but my node is successfully 
retrieving several of the old edition freesites and even a few of active 
dbr sites (Pussy Galore, Phil Marlowe) and sometimes even Vrakkar and 
CofE.

The large number of RouteNotFound's are making inserting stuff a pain, 
though.
