Very likely, especially as recent changes put in limiting on input in places where it was ommitted before and even reserves some bandwidth on new connections in anticipation. (to avoid adding more connections to the queue too quickly). I will look at how client code is using the bandwidth features. I noticed some requests for 1 byte which seemed inefficient so maybe I will add some upstream buffering.
