Yeah, I've got all that set (I'm receiving incoming connections and _some_
incoming requests, but only 31 requests in 24 hours).  The port forwarding
will probably be a stumbling block for firewalled users, though.

I noticed recently that eMule does a nice job of figuring out that you don't
have port forwarding set up correctly and telling you this.  You're also
incented (with download speed) to fix it.  The eMule server you're connected
to tries to connect back to you, and if it can, you're set.  If it can't,
you get a "low ID", which results in 2nd class citizen treatment.
