Okay, see my above email. Fix is rather less urgent now that the
immediate problem is solved. Doing it the protocol way would only help
the minority of users who are behind NATs, but CAN set up a port forward
and CAN'T set up a dyndns client. Associated changes would also let the
network throw out firewalled non-NAT nodes that can't accept connections
more easily. It's not a big gain in any case and not worth the work,
certainly not until we can make better use of nodes that can't be
directly connected to.
