hrm, i think some of you misinterpreted me - i'm nmot opposed to containers, I think they're a good and useful idea for freenet - I just don't think that they should be >1meg, which is honestly sensible even for broadband - if your container is larger than that, then you're doing something wrong.
(side note: i've got this nice design penned out for autmatically
sub-containering large sites sensibly by using link trees. but
that's not relevent unless they are actually implented, and I don't
have time for writing non-work related code this week. or emails, for
that matter, so I'm going to end this here.)
my point being, look, i was just trying to point out something stupid that
people might do with them 0 i wasn't trying to say don't implent
containers!!!
i should know better than to try and back up my arguments with personal
experience on devl, it always leads to pissy flamewars.
