Well, for prefetching, they might want to use it right away. It's still going to take that 60 or so seconds, more like 3 minutes on 56k. We might try including a bookmark to  a page like Freenet Explained, and having a preloaded copy of the latest edition in the datastore. That might keep them happy while we do prefetching or something.
