[freenet-dev] socket leak obsoletable

the socket leak manifests itself only on heavily overloaded nodes.  My 
node's uptime so far has been 19 hours, but its load never got above 
10kqph, and the number of fds hovers around 600.  During the /.-ing, my 
load was rarely below 20kqph, and the node would use up to 3000 fds in 5 
hours. 

Since this issue isn't relevant to most users, and the overload will 
(hopefully) be addressed with NGR, I suggest we don't worry about it anymore
