4.1. Ask the user how big a data store to use (suggest a value based on
  free disk space on each drive detected), and WHERE to put it.  Make
  sure this directory does NOT already exist, because people ARE going
  to tell Freeent to use the directory where they put their MP3 files
  because people DO think Freenet is just like KaZaA.  (We've had people
  lose MP3 files before because they did exactly this.)

4.2. Offer the user an "Advanced settings" page where they can configure
  bandwidth limits, number of threads/connections, etc.
