Another idea: If the user has a "red alert" show a brief description as a link on the main page. If the user clicks on the link, he's taken to the "General Information" or the "Self Diagnostics" page. We will have to design the alerts so that they are using "smoothed" values so that the user doesn't see spurious alerts.
maybe we could rename "Load" to "Node Utilization" or "Node Activity," that makes the 100% reading look GOOD. And make it green at highest values, not red :) Blue, red, or black for low values, yellow or grey for middle of the road values...
