Win9x/Win2k (boooh :P) testing is kind of limited, but give me feedback
and i will do what i can. I got a mail from search4answers earlier today
about Win2k missing the "sc" (tool for managing services, included with
WinXP, used in my script) tool, which i fixed for version 1.2 by using
another method he suggested (which also works under WinXP).

New version (1.1) is out, changelog:
- Removed OS check (nextgens you removed it from version 1.0, so i blame
you if people whine about it now :P)
I'm not happy that we don't support w9X anymore ... but couldn't stand
that we require XP :p I prefer getting feedbacks and complains that preventing
it from working for sure.
